Carb. tool question

Hi and good day! I've pulled a 2 barrel carburator for rebuild from my 92 Bayliner and have the kit to do so. Instructions call for a "universal Carburator Gauge" part 91-36392 and a tachometer part 79-17391A1. Both tools no longer available though. My Carb is stamped 9562-2 .
Does anyone have an idea of what I could use instead? Thank you in advance.

ANY tachometer will do. As far as the universal carb gauge... I don't have access to the rebuild instructions, but I would expect that ANY set of wire clearance gauges that include the desired sized wire will do.

depending on the measurement/adjustment, i usually use a drill index or dial calipers...
