I need to put a carb spacer on my chrysler 318 because I am using a new carb. Can you please tell me does this carb spacer fits on my intake mainfold (I mean does the holes match)...

The square bore and spread bore carburetor bolt pattern is not the same.
In addition, you'll want to create an even flow in the transition.
The unit that you show does nothing to create a nice un-restricted flow.... in fact, I think that it would be disruptive to flow.

Perhaps something more like these.
This first one being the better of the two, IMO.

PS: If you went to an Edelbrock it would fit that manifold without an adapter.

I am going to put an edelbroch 1410 on a chrysler 440 marine engine. I need 8-10 degree wedge also.I am pretty sure the paper work said I needed an adapter. Does anybody make a one peice wedge/adapter? It would be nice to drill and tap the adapter for the PCV fitting rather than the carb.
