Carb problem easy fix

I've got a 1994 5.7 alpha

I've got a 1994 5.7 alpha 1 gen II w/ 4 barrel. It starts fine when cold. When I try to start it when warm it is flooded and I have to open throttle fully to get it to fire. The choke works properly. Is it time to replace the 14 yo carb? or is it a simple fix without removal?

Nope,...

But it probably can be sucessfully be Rebuilt..."
