1987 Marineer 150 runs rough on idle, after on plane goes great, compression good, spark plugs, gas lines all replaced. looking at the butterflies the top carb is not completely closed, they also go beyond horizontal at full throttle. Must all tree carbs open at the same time and could this be causing my poor idle.
