Carb leaking fuel. Help Pictures

I did a full soak on all 3 of my carbs, placed them back them primed fuel them them before starting and the middle one is leaking fuel out of the nipple in the front. Does anyone know why or what causes this? How to fix?

Float level is not set correctly. Bad needle and seat.
