"Does everything come w/ carb kits like floats, ect. and if not where do i get good cheap kits and floats.Or do i need to change floats when i rebuild.I just dont have a clue? please help! thanks clayton P.S. I have a 3cyl so does that mean 3 kits."

Start with a service manual for your model.
If your floats float, then you probably don't need replacements.
3 carbs means 3 kits.
