So I've cleaned the carburetor out twice in 2 weeks. Once I clean it the outboard starts and runs great. After sitting for a few hours it will not start. It turns over but just will not start. Any ideas? My other issue is from what I've been reading you can throttle the engine when starting it up by a botton on the lever or pull it out without it going into gear. I dont have a button and it does not pull out. Is there something else that can be done without taking the cover off to get it going? Any help would be great.
