"Have a 2000 40 hp Johnson model number J40TPLSS that lost high speed power recently. Have blue spark and 120 compression. Years ago I had set the low speed screw out so that I could troll better. I now set the screw at one and a half turns and I can get the boat on plane, but it conks out at low speed. Any sugestions please?"
