I have an 1983 75 hp 3 cylinde

I have an 1983 75 hp 3 cylinder with 3 carbs how do you adjust the carbs. I know where the idle needle adjustment is but can not find the other adjustment on them.

The high speed adjustment is fixed. What is or what is the motor not doing???
 
I rebuilt carbs adjusted idle

I rebuilt carbs adjusted idle but on other carbs I have worked on there was a way to adjust the them when fully open and running. when you put load on it engine falls on face. check compression that was good check spark jumped over 7/16 of a gap. checked advanced timeing does not seem to be sticking. My biggiest fear is that the base on one of the carbs maybe warped because no matter where I put one certain carb it does not kill the motor when I cover the air intake with my hand. checked all gaskets and they were ok.

"Is fuel flowing into that carburetor and filling the float chamber properly?

Did you manually clean the brass high speed jet that is located in the bottom center of the float chamber? If not, do so.

I use a piece of single strand wire as solvent just doesn't do the job properly."
