Carb adjustment

1962 5.5hp fisherman took carb

1962 5.5hp fisherman took carb apart and cleaned need to know what the adjustment is on high and low speed jets to get started

"1.5 turns on top (LS)

"1.5 turns on top (LS) and 1 turn on bottom (HS).this will get u started if all is correct,..then adj in--leaner,untill eng spd changes,then back out a hair."
