"I rebuilt the carbs only to find out the problem was just a loose drain plug on the top carb..... during the process I changed the low-speed adjustments and now I'm having trouble getting them adjusted....is there a gauge that'll balance the carbs?....I had a Corvair back when, that had duel carbs that had to be balanced with a "float thing" just wondering if there is a simular gauge for outboards"
