Can't find the part for a broken shift lever - 1982 Mercury 2-stroke 40HP

Hi, I have a 1982 Mercury 2-stroke 40HP outboard engine that has a part broken on the gear shift lever. It's causing the boat to slip out of neutral and into forward.

but I can't seem to find the shift lever part that I need to replace.


The broken parts is the mechanism that hold the shift lever in place. It has F N R written on it.. (Forward/Neutar/Reverse) Can you please help me find this part?
