Can't find flushing out part - 80 Mercury Jet

I have lost my Flushing out device OEM Part #24789A for my 80 Mercury Jet Quicksilver. I've been searching all over and can't seem to find one and sounds like they are no longer making this part? Ugh- I sure appreciate any help I can please get to find one. Thank you in advance for your time and help!

I just bought a new 40hp Mercury jet and am also trying to find this part. They used it at my boat dealership to run the motor for the first time. I have only been able to find the part on a European website that does not ship to the U.S.; Let me know if you have any luck.

Looks like you’d need to add a 1 at the end of the part number (24789A1) to find it better,.. the following are probably dead ends but just in case,
