1999 Johnson 115 HP. Motor cranks fine and runs at idle speed with no problems. When accelerating, motor will not go above 2000 RPM's. I have changed spark plugs, gas and gas tank, fuel filters, gas lines to and from tank and I have had the carburetors rebuilt and tested. Added two new batteries. Several years ago had similar problem and a boat mechanic changed my stator and cured problem... Any suggestions now!
