Bukh DV24 engine swap from a bukh DV20 gear box suitablity?

I recently acquired a Bukh DV 24 with a damaged sail drive I intend to rebuild the DV24 and remove my old Bukh DV20 and fit the original DV20 gear box( not a sail drive) to the Bukh DV24 can any one tell me it there's a problem with this other than fuel lines ect
