Broken power steer assist

Someone called and ask if i could replace their volvo penta steering assist he say the shaft broke and fluid just runs out. Its on like a 99 alpha one genll. I do minor work on boats at times but im wondering if i want to tackle this job or wondering if i need special tools or anything and how much to charge if i decide to do it? Any input would be most appreciated

I know his boat is 4.3 mercruiser and he just sent me part # off volvo penta steering cylinder
