Broken Gimbel bearing removal.....?

Inner race of bearing came out in two pieces, had to fish out some ball bearings, apparently was already broke, can see small piece of fresh broken metal the rest is discolored. So far no luck on getting the rest of it to budge. Appreciate any suggestions, thank you.
