Broken brass primer niple on 70 evinrude carb

I have a broken brass primer

I have a broken brass primer niple on one on the carbs on my 70 evinrude. Carb part # 431982 MX 13 H M. I haven't been able to find a replacement part on the web. Are the niples pressed in and glued? How are they replaced? By drilling out and than regluing? Is there a web site that I can order the new niple? Thanks for the help.
