"I accidentally broke off the limiter cap on my 2006 BF15D. The BF15D Shop Manual says, pg. 6-9: "When the limiter cap has been broken off, remove the broken pilot screw."; but does not explain how. The manual also says "Removal of the limiter cap requires breaking the pilot screw. A new pilot screw and limiter cap must be installed."; and has a diagram showing where the screw breaks off at the narrow point.
Can anyone explain how I get the broken screw out? All I can see is a flat disk where the screw shaft snapped off."
