" I bought a 5hp briggs outboard 3 weeks ago and have begun to have problems. It will run about 15 mins then quite. It only has about 13 hrs on it. I checked the spark plug ,no spark. Put the old plug on a mower no spark. Bought a new plug and it starts. Runs about 15 mins then kills. Anybody have a similar problem with this motor? I think it might have a bad rev limiter. "
