My 2002 Rinker 272 has developed tight steering. It is getting some assist and the faster I turn the wheel, the more assist I get. The cable seems to operate smoothly, I am confused on why the assist would only activate with fast movement of the wheel? Doesn't the cable just push and pull an actuator?
I have read everything I can find on the topic but I am still at a loss when considering mine works with fast wheel motion.
