Sorry for the repeat but I posted this earlier in the wrong forum.
I have a bravo 1 sterndrive that the clutch race was damaged in. I found an upper gear case with all of the parts inside but it is a bravo III with the same gear ration 27/32 1:50 or 1:65 (my book says the 27/32 is a 1:50 for a bravo 1 and either the 1:50 or the 1:65 in a bravo III) regardless the tooth count matches and the parts look exactly the same except for the yoke and cam assembly for the shifter. My question is: Will I be able to swap out the clutch and gear assembly from the bravo III into the bravo 1? Thank you in advance.
