i have a 1996 larson, 7.4 liter bravo three. i have removed the elbows, manifolds and intermediate exhaust pipe. i think i should be able to see the flapper valves, but there isn't any thing there. a grabber tool has produced the same kind and amount of parts from each side,but not enough i'm affraid. i have 1/2 of an oval of thin stainless with 6 holes in it, and a part that may have been a cross bar. can't find anything else and certainly can't see anything.
where would the rest of the parts go and are they going to block the exhaust too much? is there another access point (say splitting the outdrive) where i could find more parts. i ask all this because it looks almost impossible to the the y-pipe out.
