bravo 2 or 3 behind 6 cyl turbo diesel

Hmmm, let's see - remove two alpha drives leaving two holes in transom that must be filled and maybe have to reinforce the transom to handle one in the center. Cut away stringers and install new ones to create new mounts for an inline 6 cylinder diesel that may be two feet longer than the v6s.
Plumb return fuel line to the tank. Probably new shift and throttle cables, new engine harness to the dash, all new gauges, new steering cable,
shift/throttle control...............and will the Bravo handle the diesel torque? If so the B2 will work best.

yep that's right. major works, remove floor, replace transom, new engine cover etc. etc.
an alternative is to go single screw from ZF V drive, like this one..
