Got my 2019 20hp outboard. Now how do I get it out of the box without damaging any of it. On the outside of the box it shows a picture of not standing it on end so what's next. It really should come with unboxing and installation instructions. I looked but didn't find anything.
 
Flip it on the prop side in the box. Make sure you have someone to help you .It's heavy
If you have a stand to put it on. Lift it upright and both of you put it on the stand or boat.

Thanks man, I was pretty sure that was the only correct way. I do have an assistant but no stand so we will just throw it on the transom. I've put two other motors on this little boat but this is my first new one and I don't want to muck it up.
