Bore cylinder over or sleve

i finally got a chance to pull

i finally got a chance to pull the head off and it looks like the rings broke off and bounced around in there for a bit. i was looking in the manuel says that i can go from a 3.125" piston to a 3.140" without the piston weighing any more. would it be best to do that or would it be better to have a sleve put in?
