bolt torque? for yoke spindle in upper gear box

Hi All,
I removed a 3/8 x16 x 1 inch hex head ss bolt from the 270 ujoint yoke spindle that goes inside the upper gear box.
it was hard to remove but is in good shape. Can I reuse this bolt or get another one from Volvo?
Also the 270-280 workshop manual says put 55 lbs of torque but the us bolt engineer torque specs for this 3/8x16 bolt is only 20 lb max- what torque do I put on this bolt?

I use a little blue loc-tite and torque to 65 pounds. The four screws that hold the clamp ring are 25 pounds.

Did you check the bearing box rolling torque value before you tore this down?
That was your chance to have checked this, and to now make a change if need be!

If not, you can still check the value and use the "run in" specs.
