Bolt in bilge

Hi,

i own a 96 Maxum 19'sr with a 4.3 lx gen plus stern drive. I am the original owner.

While changing oil I found this bolt in the bilge, should I be worried? Everything seems fine, I started it an ran it for 20 min.

12 years ago the entire out drive was replaced. image.jpg

Ever have any work done to steering or inner transom plate? looks like one of two bolts that hold steering tube in place maybe?

like I stated, the entire out drive was replaced all the way back to the motor. That is all the work done to my knowledge.

The bolt is stainless and looks unused. The "grease" on it came from the bilge I am sure.
