bogging down

on the 140hp motor, it runs great right when it is first used then when the motor warms up the motor bogs down and I cannot plane it the boat...

When was the water pump / cooling system serviced ?------------Run with a timing light to see if you are loosing spark on one or more cylinders.---------Has the fuel pump been looked at ? -What happens when someone operates the manual fuel pump.

wter pump/cooling was just serviced a few months ago, the timing was an issue, it was 6 deg off, adjusted, no change. the fuel pump is new and no change using it manually. It just seems something warms up and that's when it fails. Probably time to take it in to a mechanic...
