Bogging down Help

I have a 1998 Mercury 135 offshore.. It is doing weird stuff for me. It is bogging down under load when I try to get it up on plane. But it does not do it all the time. If I get it up on plane it runs like a new boat. I have changed out the water separator, I kept the contents and it was 1/4 water in the bottom. I changed the plugs and the fuel filter. I use K100 and always use ethanol free fuel... Help, missing my fishing....
