Boat sank

Coyote

Hey everyone, I have a small flat bottom boat with a 2010
50 HP Four Stroke Tiller ( Mercury of course ) .
The boat and motor got swamped while tied up and sank. Engine was under water for about 5 hours. I dried everything out, changed all the oils & filter, pulled the plugs and blew all the water out of the cylinders. Installed fresh plugs. Went to crank it up and it Fired right up and Died and I haven't got it to crank since. I did find the Kill Switch bad and replaced that. I found that part of my Fuse holder socket doesn't have any current and that side of the fuse holder supplies power to my Coils.
But now I'm LOST !
Does this mean my ECM is bad ?
Any help would be appreciated..
