Boat List 1999 4.3

99 Fisher 19 avenger sport 4.3 4 blade. Boat list to side under power told it was prop torque. Not as bad when trimed. Any suggestions on how to cure.

Did you have a 3 blade prop before? Are you sure you have the correct prop for the boat/motor, etc.. Why do you have a 4 blade?

Lists the same with 3 blade. Don`t need the speed with 3 blade but power and smoothness of 4 blade. Better for fishing big rough water. I believe boat come from factory with blade. Up on plane trimed out slight turn of wheel to right levels boat. Boat is alum.

No I`ll try that but was told that it`s not the problem. I was wondering if a trim cyllinder not working same as other could cause the problem

Many hulls will list to port under power due to prop torque. That is why most helm stations are on starboard so that the weight of the operator will counter balance it. That said, sometimes playing with the trim of the drive will reduce that effect. If all else fails, and it really annoys you, install trim tabs.

Mite have to add some extra weight to starboard side. I could mount kicker motor on same side but that means moving remote troll not what I wanted to do. Thanks for info guys!
