Blows inline fuse

"when i get a boat in w/this scenario,i immediately,go for,and suspect,a failed attempt at ignition sw installation....meaning,they can be a pain....when u get a cpl of loose screws/wires/and in the process of twisting to inst switch,they touch...then there is your problem....i would head there for sure..., yell/red wire is touching blk or poss bad sw.are u the same fellow that we attempted to help the other day?..if so,...u may have a pinched yell/red wire,bad etc....in which case..run u a new one.....directly to solenoid.."
