Motor was running fine a few weeks ago. Put in a drum after oil and lower unit oil changes to run for a bit and it stopped peeing. Changed out the entire water pump, fired it up and nothing… waited a couple minutes and still nothing. Started to see a little smoke coming from the opening where the shift rod comes out so shut it off. Waited a half an hour or so, removed t-stat and started up and nothing there either. I checked the intake and it’s clear. I am about done with this thing
