BF40A warning lights & buzzer not working

I recently purchased a dinghy with this engine. It runs well and I’ve gone thru the cooling system. However, when starting, the buzzer doesn’t go off and the oil pressure light isn’t lit. I’ve checked the sensor and it seems good. I’ve also checked the water temp sensor and it is within specs. I’ve been working my way thru the wiring diagram, but hoped that someone else may have run into this problem.

Thanks for any suggestions. I also wonder how people are reading the pins and sockets with the tiny holes that Honda uses?

I have alligator clamps on my meter that will hold a pin/needle tight enough to use as a probe.
