Around a 1999 model. Starter motor is weak. Usually will go 1/2 turn until it reaches compression and stops. I have been hitting starter button with one hand and pulling rope with the other and it starts right up and runs fine. I've tried a differant known good battery and cleaned the cables at the battery end. Is this a common problem? Is it likely just the starter?
