Bf150 2018 overheating block temp

I read all the forums but basically the conclusion is poor maintenance and flushing. because after a new head that was eaten through and a barnacle busters flush for an hour, new thermostats, pressure valve, full water pump kit. The block temperature sensor 1 keeps creeping up over 100° C in 40 degree water above 5500 rpm’s. Warmer water will set the overheat alarm.
 
I’ve ruled them out. They were new last year when the problem started and their new again this year Dr. H diagnostics sensor two is the head sensor four is the jug/block and number one is on the front end of the jugs in a narrow passageway sensor one is the one that’s out of spec
