BF135 Fault Codes

For the first time I am having problems with my low-hours 2008 BF135, running rough as soon as it gets out of iddle and worse the higher RPM's you go. After reading a thread by WD Neal I contacted him to get the fault codes for this engine. He gave me the ones he has which are for a 200 and suggested that I post this here with the hope that HondaDude reads it and either confirms that the codes are the same or tells me where I can get them. Ordered the SCS on line and it is due here soon. Thanks for any help.
 
Off the top of my head I do not know if they are the same. Most likely they are close. I will have to compare the two manuals when I have some spare time. LOL Everyone wants their boats now........

Post any counts you may find. If you are not getting an alarm and check engine light, you will probably not have any codes. That would point to a mechanical malfunction, fuel or possibly electrical.

Check compression. If compression is bad, then do a leak down test.
Check spark plugs. Do not try to regap. They are over $20 a piece.
Drain vapor separator into a jar and check your fuel for water or debris.
Have you changed your low pressure and high pressure filter?
Does the running improve if you squeeze the fuel bulb?
Do you use fuel treatment? Stuck or clogged injector?
Do you have the capability to check fuel pressure?

Mike, thanks. As soon as I get the SCS I will plug it and if I get any codes I'll post them. If not, I will go down your check list and check them all out.

Did have a minute during lunch. Codes are the same except there is no "1" or "48" code. It does have a 27 (ECT4) and 48 (A/F Sensor)
