BF 25A dead cyclinder

My low mileage 5 year old Honda suddenly seems to be running on only 2 cylinders; fails to get to normal full power; peaks out at about 2/3 throttle then stumbles at higher settings.

Check of plugs shows # 1 & 3 "normal"; #2 black and wet.

What should I do?

Wet with Gas and Black with soot or oil? If sooty and wet sounds like a carb or injector problem.

All three plugs show good spark!!

Sounds like a sticky float flooding the cylinder. If you want you can try hitting the fuel bowl with the back of a screwdriver to free up the float or open the fuel bowl drain screw and try pumping fuel through the system with the primer bulb to possibly flush out some contaminents but most likely need to do a carb rebuild.
