"I have a Honda 4stroke BF 130

"I have a Honda 4stroke BF 130, around 2003 model with electronic fuel injection. Just got the oil and filter changed and took it out and it ran great for 15 minutes, then only will go at slow speed. Will not go any faster. You can throttle up and it still runs but no faster. I have had this happen with water precipating in old gas, but never this constant...and the gas is brand new?? Please help. I'm bringing it into the shop again this week, but I would like some ideas before I go in.

I would replace the fuel filte

I would replace the fuel filters before you take it to the dealer and maybe try using a separate fuel supply just to make sure that the fuel is good.

I forgot to mention the fuel filter was changed. I brought it into the shop this am. Maybe it's the Vapor Separator Tank??"
 
To bring this to a conclusion:

To bring this to a conclusion: shop says one spark plug was bad and that was the reason the boat would go at slow speed without difficulty but would go fast. Hope this is correct. Any ideas on this??

I guess a sea trial is in order!
Not a bad idea to keep a spare set of plugs and plug wrench on board.
