BF 100 fuel starvation i think

Its a second hand engine so i&

Its a second hand engine so i'm not sure of its history

its start on choke then dies after about 30 seconds.

if you tighten the tickover screw as far as it goes it starts and racers then ticks over then racers again 5/10 seconds cycle

i have cleaned the carb out 3 times
i must be missing some thing
 
Yep it looks like the fuel pum

Yep it looks like the fuel pump but i cant see whats wrong with it. the diaphragm looks okay

i am wondering if someone else has taken it apart and not put it back together correctly. any idea where i can get a diagram of how it fits together
