"I have just today gone to O'riely's auto parts and purchased ngk pzfr5f-11 laser platinum premiun plugs for 9.89 a piece. Not that it's easy to swallow that price, but I have not seen these under 15 and usually around 18-22 bucks a shot. Hope this helps ease the pain for some of my fellow optimax guys. John"

I use Autolite APP5224 ..1.99

I use Autolite APP5224 ..1.99 after rebate . Double platinum plug and the heat range is similar to the NGK above. Used them in my 200 hp optimax 2 seasons..no fouling and all are clean and tan when I check them.. If you plan on keeping your plugs in there for 10 yrs use NGk.. If not try the autolites..
