"hello new to this site just bought a 1886 bayliner 2450 sportcruiser with a bad 350 guy didn't winterize it so i picked it up for a grand i had a 350 motor in the garage out of an old truck so i have changed everything in it pistons, lifters cam heads ect... to marine parts so basically i just used the block problem i have is the new motor to go in has a 14" flywheel and the bellhousing is for a 12 anyone know where i can get a 14" housing?}"

I think in short, the answer is NO! I am not aware of any AQ series V-8 flywheel cover that will allow for a 168 tooth flywheel..... Only the 153 tooth will fit!

Here is a recent thread on this very topic of the 153 tooth flywheel vs the 168 tooth flywheel. El P has posted a link to a 153 for us.

While on the topic, I'd strongly suggest replacing the Primary Drive Shaft bearings that are inside of this F/C. These two "open" bearings can be puchased via a good bearing supplier. Seals as well.
Prefill the cavity before installing the seals.


Also, glad to see that you changed from the truck pistons (of which would have been a dished piston) to a more suitable marine Q/E type piston.
If F/T's were used, this requires the larger 76 cc chamber cylinder heads and quench style (thinner) head gaskets.
