Belgian made 4 hp Evinrude

I just acquired an old 4 hp Evinrude outboard motor, model E4BRHCOB, serial B103469. Can anyone tell me anything about it such as year it was made, etc…..Sorry I can’t post an image because it says the uploaded file is too large for the server to process. (Lame!)

Click ATTACH FILES
You will be asked if you want to select a file, or take a photo.
Select the photo from your phone.
Notice the tab at the bottom of the window that opened…where it says OPTIONS
Select OPTIONS, that will give choices of FULL SIZE, LARGE, MED, SMALL.
As you try each choice, it will show what it has reduced the file size to. When less than 1Mb, select ADD
