Beep only while in neutral. Suzuki 2003 DF 115

My 2003 Suzuki DF 115 is running great, except when I am in neutral. It just beeps consistently. The second I pop it in gear the beeping stops.

Anyone have any ideas?

I narrowed down the problem made, the changes and the beeping stopped. I read it could be water in the fuel or a bad water pump. I emptied all the fuel and put in fresh gas and Startron and also change the pump and have not had the beep since.
