Battery set up for new Ulterra 112#

I've never had a trolling motor that needed multiple batteries so I have lots of questions. In any session of fishing, I doubt it will run for more than 3 hours before recharging. What do you guys think about one 36 V or three 12V in series? I'm hoping for all the pros and cons of each. Given the short run times between charging, would a lessor Ah be OK, like 50, 60, 80 etc. Weight and space are a bit of an issue but not overriding. It's the same with price so what brands, cheap to steep, have you had good luck with? Any advice regarding breakers, BMS, wiring, storage, battery boxes, chargers etc would also help.
