"I'm sorry if this sounds flip, but, why do you want a key? If it were me, I'd just bypass it. Rewire around the switch, it looks to be one in one out. A simple fix.

This looks like a cutoff switc

This looks like a cutoff switch used in race cars. Try you local automotive or race shop. They should have a key that will work.
