Hi all
I am mounting a MinnKota Endura max 40lb on a small open keelboat racing sloop (Dyas, a European 2 man racing sloop 23.5' with 6' beam and 1500 lbs)
Any suggestions for a battery type/size and charging device/connections (never had a trolling motor before, it is just to get in and out of the docks for day sailing and racing, not really for longer distances at all)
It is a sloping transom about 5-6 feet behind the driver, so I will need a custom bracket and a through transom hole for the connecting wires...see attached image - any and all suggestions are welcomed!
