Batteries not charging Evinrude 115

1995 Evinrude 115 is not charging battery. Does it have an alternator? If not, what do I check?

should be a stator and rectifier system, Have you tried to charge weak/dead batteries with the engine?

Batteries are fully charged. With engine running, the voltage does not increase.

If you race the engine and the battery voltage does not increase,
it's probably an open connection. Use an ohm meter to find out
where. Check all terminals.

Could be bad stator or rectifier.

Following... After checking my voltage at varing RPM on the water 12.7 volts remain constant. Im thinking of just adding Full wave bridge rectifier as found on youtube and connecting it halfwave. Since boat is only used a handfull of times in the summer I think this looks like its worth a try.
Anyone else try this yet?
