Bad shock when motor running

Mid 70 eve rude 70hp, when the engine is running ,if you touch the water or other boat it shocks you really bad. Any help would be appt. it is for sure coil power that gets you.

Could well be voltage from the kill circuit.--------Check wiring in the control box and grounds on the motor.

Check the black/yellow wire on the motor and in the boat for not being grounded some where.
